Beautifully designed and spacious apartment, over three floors, with a huge terrace. And right in the middle of the Farm Culture Park, an amazing place to stay.

This apartment is in an artistic complex that is restoring a number of buildings around connected courtyards in an old part of town. This makes parking nearby quite a challenge. We visited over Easter and the different parts of the complex were closed but looked really cool from the outside (gallery, cafe, bar, bakery). For the apartment itself it is very big and spacious and has everything you need to be comfortable. The bed was nice and comfy and the bathroom is quite neat. The rooftop terrace would be lovely in the evening in summer. It is very very quiet and we slept well although there is a courtyard light that illuminates the bedroom even through curtains. The town square is close by with great good and bar options.

Very nice place in an unusual location, off-the-beaten track but close to the Valley dei Tempi and Sicilia letteraria route. Better to visit later in the year when the Cultural farm gets a bit more active, but we had a great time. Matteo is truly nice and accommodating!

The setting in the farm complex is beautiful, so are the terrases. We had two problems: The was a very intense air purifier/perfume smell when we arrived, and it took hours to fade off a little bit after opening the windows and removing all devices. When it faded we realized why it was so strong because the walls are so moist that that made it hard to sleep. I really didn't have a good sleep and couldn't wait to get out of the house the next morning. Second problem was that we booked it also for having a parking on the premises which wasn't the case. We saw that they changed that in the Airbnb description later on. It was a pity because the setting of the appartment and the terrases are really amazing. It is also very spacious.

L’alloggio è stato, a suo tempo, ben concepito, ha una bella terrazza (che abbiamo solo visto ma non utilizzato) ed il quartierino è carino. La casa però aveva un forte odore di chiuso e umido, molto molto fastidioso. Molto del cattivo odore, ma non tutto, viene dallo sgabuzzino impianti dal quale promana aria molto cattiva, tra meandri, scope e stracci lasciati umidi. Abbiamo trovato lenzuola macchiate e con capelli sopra. Il materasso matrimoniale molto scomodo, si sentono le molle sotto, e non abbiamo riposato bene. Non mi era mai successo in anni di viaggi di dovermi fare da solo (dettoci espressamente al check-in!) la culla della bambina, visto che l’avevo chiesta appositamente e con ampio anticipo. Prenotazione per 2 adulti e 2 bambini, ma asciugamani solo per 2 persone. Muri con evidenti segni di umidità, e piccoli insetti schiacciati sulle pareti. Polvere e sporco anche dentro la doccia. Nel WC è vietato gettare carta igienica, e non era specificato nell’annuncio.
