This place is great. We have been coming to Fruita for early season riding for many years and this was the best place we have stayed. Plenty of room, great interiors finishes, comfy beds, great outdoor space and a bike room with tools! 5 minute walk to down town. It checked all of then boxes....

Great house and super close to downtown Fruita, definitely would recommend for groups... especially mountain bikers!

This house was a great place to stay for three couples and had everything we needed. Walkable to nearby restaurants and great amount of parking for multiple vehicles and bikes. We had an amazing visit!

We were 2 families both with small kids and the house was set up perfectly to host us. So many extras (pack n play, coolers, grocery bags, etc) that just made our time there so easy. We loved how walkable so many restaurants and breweries were from the house. The house was pristine and gave us the perfect resting place each day.
