This is a lovely spot for a beach vacation on a budget. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room quiet, and excellent A/C. The kitchen was ample and well stocked. Cristina has very thoughtfully included all kinds of items for visitors, such as beach chairs and umbrellas, a cooler, and there’s even a safe if you want to be sure your valuables are locked up (although it hardly seemed necessary). The patio area in the lanai was very peaceful and an excellent space to work. We would visit here again. We were in town for a graduation at Ave Maria University, which was 25 minutes away. (It’s not easy to find a place any closer to the university than Cristina’s.We have two small criticisms: (1) the backyard as seen from the lanai should be included in the pictures of the place, as there are several vehicles parked back there and it’s unsightly, just so guests know in advance; (2) an extra charge for a third guest (on a sofa bed) seemed excessive to us.

This was the cutest Airbnb we've stayed at! The personal details and decor made us feel right at home. Cristina even left a few personal touches just for my daughter and she loved it! It was the perfect, quiet, private stay for a few days. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area!

I gave Christina’s place 5 stars because the description was totally accurate and she was responsive. We left early and to be honest I should have read the descriptions more thoroughly. We were far from beaches and any good restaurants. That’s not her fault. It was ours for not picking a place closer to where we wanted to be. Christina couldn’t have done anything to make it better. If you enjoy being out in nature and quiet and don’t mind driving everywhere you should definitely stay here! Christina is a good host.
