Come relax and play pickleball! Pickleball court is a shared space. You’ll stay in the downstairs of our guest house (upper level is also an airbnb, both have separate entrances). The guest house is located on a 5 acre property just 14 miles from the beach! Guests have access to a designated area, not the entire 5 acres. Owners live on the property in a separate house with a friendly golden retriever, 2 young kids and free range chickens. This is a 5 acre property that backs up to 600 acres of county owned land. Guests have access to a designated area of the property, not the entire 5 acres. The last half mile of your drive is a gravel road. There are 3 houses on the property, you’ll be staying in the one all the way to the right on the lower level. The downstairs of the guest house is a studio style layout, similar to a hotel room. There is not a closet space. There is a full size fridge, range and microwave. There is not a dishwasher, and the kitchen sink is a small (bar size sink), the pot and pan provided are also small so that they will fit in the sink for washing. The upper level is also a studio style airbnb. The pickleball court is shared with the homeowners and the other airbnb guests. We live in the main (center) house with our golden retriever and 2 young kids.
