This historic home is located in the heart of the trendy River North Art District (RiNo). Great location with walking distance to the RiNo Beer Garden, Cat Bird hotel and Larimer Street food halls/breweries. Conveniently located within a 6-minute walking distance from 38th and Blake lightrail station (take the A-line to and from the DEN airport). Scooters are also easily accessible throughout the neighborhood and offer a great way to explore the RiNo Art District! Recently renovated, this home offers two bedrooms with queen sized beds, 1-full bath, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry appliances and gated two-car parking.

We had a great stay! Carlos was very communicative before and during our stay, and extremely flexible and accommodating. We had some very unique requests that he allowed for, and we’re very thankful he did because the house is clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a great family vacation in Denver. We will likely book again next time we’re in town!
Cute and comfortable in walkable neighborhood with beautiful parks and amazing historical architecture, near restaurants and bars, Rino has it all. Perfect little house with all the amenities. Highly recommend!
Carolos' house was the perfect place to come back to after exploring everything Denver and the surrounding area had to offer! With great communication and helpful recommendations, I was very happy and pleased with booking this wonderful house. I will recommend this rental to my friends and family if they are looking for a place to rent in this area.
Carlos’s place was super clean and spacious with high ceilings! It was great that we were able to park our car in the backyard and enjoy the front porch, too. There were no hidden surprises during our stay and we enjoyed being cozy inside. The kitchen had a bunch of cooking utensils and appliances, but plan to bring your own essentials (like oil, condiments, etc.) if you’re planning to cook. Thanks for a great stay, Carlos!
