This was our second stay at Ulza's place. Everything was just as nice as before! It's clean, spacious and a great location. Big bonus to have a driveway parking space. We will continue to stay here if it's available.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Ulza's beautiful home. The kitchen and bathroom were beautiful, the washer and dryer were great to have. It was a quiet neighborhood and about 5 min away from the grocery store. We would stay again!

Ulza is a frendly host, she responded quickly to all of our inquiries, checkin and checkout were simple. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Ulza’s place was perfect for the price and what we needed. There was suppose to be 4 of us staying there but while my son and I were driving there we got the news that my wife and daughter’s flight was cancelled. We were moving our son into his dorm in Brooklyn Heights. This is a nice safe quiet neighborhood so I felt comfortable leaving my SUV with all of my son’s belongings in it without having to worry about it. The pictures match the property. It looks newly remodeled. It is very roomy, clean and comfy. It made us feel right at home. 10/10 would stay there again if available next time we are visiting our son.
