We stayed in Richmond for our daughter graduation from EKU. We had family come into town to join (they stayed at local hotels) and this was the perfect landing place for people to gather and hang out. The home was so comfortable. The kitchen was nearly perfect for all of the cooking we did —we served four meals to all the family—the host even bought a new crockpot to accommodate us! By far one of the best homes we have stayed in over the last several years! Honestly couldn’t name anything that needed to be changed about this home!

We had a wonderful time during our week at Samantha's place. The photos looked nice, but it is even nicer in person. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. It is a home that was nice enough to live in full time (not a cheap AirBNB reno). Additionally, all communication was timely and courteous. If we are back in town, then we would love to stay here again. Five hearty stars!
