Spencer and Patricia were excellent hosts! The property was just as described and the mimosas that we were surprised with were delicious. The deck and hot tub looking over the water was just the relaxation that we all needed. My husband even got brave and tried out the pool! A little cold for March, but he was up for the polar plunge challenge. Thank you for an excellent stay.

First time staying in an AirBNB was skeptical but fears were unjustified. We had a wonderful experience.

Spencer’s place was on a beautiful, peaceful part of the River. They had a hot tub, a nice deck overlooking the river and a great sized TV & ample space. The pictures matched the ones online. It was easy to find & check in and they checked in to make sure we’d arrived and didn’t need anything. The home was stocked fairly well but somewhat randomly-we couldn’t find a single plate so ate our pizza on paper towels. I was very excited to use the huge bathtub, but there was lots of long, dark hair in there from a previous guest, so I did not use the tub. I also wound up folding towels from a previous guest because they were left in the dryer. There was also some dead flies and ladybugs in the living room window, which as cold as it was, (35 F) seems to indicate they’d been there some time. I’d also suggest some propane heater or something outside because it was impossible to enjoy the hot tub in 35 degree temps. The beds were very firm & the front & kitchen windows need blinds.
