A private entrance leads you to this comfy suite with dimmable lighting, an amazingly comfy recliner sofa, and a 50" Smart TV. A kitchenette with a microwave, mini fidge, tableware, coffee maker welcomes you! The remodeled bathroom has a custom tiled walk-in shower. A reverse osmosis tap on the loo vanity offers drinking water. The bedroom provides a bright space with a comfy queen-sized bed and seating. Your downstairs guest suite has approximately 800 sq feet of space which includes a kitchenette, a living room with a 50" Smart TV and reclining couch, a newly remodeled 3-piece bathroom, 1 bedroom with queen bed furnished with a 5-drawer dresser as well as a closet and sitting area. Books are on the built-in bookshelf outside your room. Of course. there is a closet in the bedroom. Washer and dryer are located in the utility room that is located next to your bedroom. Use is free for guests staying 5 nights and longer. There is a dart board as well as a tread mill, both for your use. The area entrance is a semi-private entry to the stairway that will lead you immediately from the back entrance via an easy-to-use electronic lock. Host/owner may occasionally come down to your private guest suite to use the laundry and will arrange that with you if you are available. Downstairs, you will find cleaning supplies and a Shark carpet and hard floor sweeper. The sweeper is fantastic with cleaning up dirt, dust, and hair. For stays longer than 2 days, please use the sweeper every other day, at the minimum. If you feel compelled to cook in the full kitchen upstairs, please arrange with Host. It will be easy to adjust my schedule so that you can cook; pots, pans, foil, etc, will be available for your use. Please clean up the kitchen after you finish cooking. Pots and pans can be handwashed, and rinsed dishes can be placed in the dishwasher to be washed. There is space in your living area to use your laptop, and you will have access to WI-FI. There is a breakfast bar that is conveniently used for laptops. Boho has forced air throughout; air conditioning in the summer is a plus, and warm gas heating in the cooler months is a necessity! Boho offers additional portable heating as well, as the lower level, despite being fully heated, can still be slightly cool in the winter. All bed linens, towels, bathmats, bedspread, and throws are washed in hot water with hydrogen peroxide, between guests. If you wish to use the stoneware vs. paper plates, please do so. You may arrange with me to wash your used dishes that evening or leave them on the top stair, and I will clean them.
