Relax with the whole family in our Potrero Hill home. Located at the top of Potrero Hill, this home offers incredible views of the San Francisco Bay and is ideal for families and small groups. The home is located across the street from Potrero Hill Park and Playground that offers tons of free activities including: baseball, basketball , tennis courts, 2 children's playgrounds, picnic/BBQS, dog park and walking distance from gourmet markets, restaurants and wine bars...and INCREDIBLE VIEWS! Potrero Hill is a family friendly area located on the east side of San Francisco with easy access to highways, downtown San Francisco, the Mission, Mission Bay (UCSF and Kaiser), Oracle Park and Chase Center. Potrero Hill is located on the “sunny” bay side of San Francisco and is a walkable neighborhood (if you don’t mind the hills). The neighborhood has plenty of free parking, which is rare in SF. Our home is playfully styled older home with lots of color and personality. The home is located on the 2nd floor and only accessible by stairs. The home is sun-filled and quiet with 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and a office/yoga room for your enjoyment. Primary Bedroom - Cal-king bed, full closet, TV and dresser. Bedroom 2 - Full size bed, closet and TV. This bedroom is located next to the primary bedroom which is convenient if traveling with children. Bedroom 3 - Queen bed and closet Office/yoga room - Desk with ethernet connection and yoga mats. This room can serve as an additional bedroom if you have additional guests. An air mattress can be provided upon request. We have a full-sized eat-in kitchen with a table for 4. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, dishes and glasses. We have provided place settings for children as well. The kitchen is full of incredible light and has a great view of Sutro Tower and the surrounding neighborhoods. There is a formal dining area with seating for up to 6 people. Off of the kitchen is a washer and dryer (free use) for your convenience. We are not offering back-yard access at this time. The backyard is pending new landscaping and not available for use. Parking - This home has use of the driveway in front of the home. There is also lots of free street parking in the neighborhood. Do not leave valuables in your car in San Francisco. The home is professionally cleaned and well maintained. However please note that this is a older home and does not offer all of the conveniences of modern home experience.
