We enjoyed our stay alot. The house location was peaceful and the pool and the beach front view exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean and plenty of rooms for our big family. Hoping to come back in the future.

This was the perfect house for the weekends for 5 adults and 4 kids. The pool was a huge hit and the proximity of the beach was hard to beat.

We were visiting the Bolivar Peninsula mainly for birding in early April. Molly’s place was in a perfect location on a quiet beach within a short drive to five Bird Sanctuaries and Anahuac NWR. We happened to be there for the Eclipse on April 8 and could view it perfectly from the beautiful deck. Comfy and sturdy wooden chairs and lounges on the deck were perfect for watching the tide rise and ebb, birds on the shore, and even an occasional dolphin. Molly was an outstanding host, very responsive, and helpful with information and recommendations. The pool was not working and was green when we arrived. She took action immediately and had the pool guy come to take care of it. Since it involved electrical work we let the electrician/pool repairmen in the house access the breaker box a few times. Although we didn't get to use the pool during our stay it was getting better by the time we left. Molly was able to credit us for the pool quickly and easily. We loved our time at the beach!

Our stay was exactly what we needed and in the perfect location. Molly was super responsive with any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this location to any gues looking for some r and r. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed being so close to the beach for morning and nightly walks!
