This was the 3rd property managed by Mary Ellaine that we stayed in. This was our favorite-- the cleanest and neatest. The furnishings were simple and uncluttered, which served our needs well. The house was very clean. There were signs of age in some of the furnishings but everything was fully functional, including the videoke system, the pool, the kitchen appliances, etc. The unit is close to the things we wanted to do, e.g., get some groceries, play at the casinos. Grace, the attendant taking care of the property, answered all our questions sufficiently and responded to our requests promptly. When we left something behind, a quick email to Ellaine resulted in her mom couriering the item to us shortly. Dealing with Ellaine, including our first 2 transactions, was very easy as she responds promptly and comprehensively to our questions. She also helps us find solutions to our concerns, like early check in. We would be happy to stay in this property again in the future.
