Place smelled like mildew. Had what looked like dried up tomato sauce or pizza roll sauce on the sheets on the pull out mattress. After booking and paying in full, they sent multiple texts from different numbers asking for photos of myself and my id “where all of my personal information was clear and legible” This is what AirBNB verifies people for, so you shouldn’t have to send sensitive information to a host you don’t know. They told me if I didn’t send them my Identification then they would cancel my stay. So I then told them to cancel my stay and refund me and we would book somewhere else, but they ignored me. I never sent them my personal info, and they never canceled me, so we were basically just winging it driving all the way to PCB not knowing if they were going to even give us the condo or our money back.
