Cozy apartment in new building. Good location. Communication with the the hostess is very easy. Margarita was always available with a quick response to any needs.

I recently moved to New York and stayed here for a month until I could find my own apartment. I enjoyed my stay here! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a long-term Airbnb. There are a lot of other options closer to Manhattan but none of those are as modern, spacious, or clean as this apartment. The apartment has all the basic amenities you need including a washer-dryer, a TV (no cable but you do get free Netflix), a clean bathroom, fast WiFi, and a stocked kitchen. The building also has a small but, clean gym and a roof deck that has great views of Manhattan. Margarita was a great host. She was responsive and ready to help the few times I did need something. I almost never needed anything because the apartment had everything I wanted. The only downside is location. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood but, it's a little far out from the fun neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Manhattan. However, a 10 min walk will get you to the Q & F trains that will take you everywhere.
