This condo was perfect for our week in Providenciales. Very spacious, absolutely clean, which is always very important to us, and everything exactly as shown in the pictures. Having the beach chairs, umbrella, etc. was very handy and great to have. If I had to comment on something, is that we wish the shower had the option to use cold water (for some reason it was always warm), but in general it was a great stay. We were very pleased with our choice of staying at Adam’s place and would 100% recommend it.

Adam's condo was perfect; super clean, contemporary and spacious. there was an extra bonus of coffee and tea being stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Use of the outdoor pool was also a wonderful addition to our vacation and time away from the beach which was right around the corner .

The place is as described and Adam was a great host. Finding the place was a bit harder due to google maps issues so if you go just put directions to the Atrium and the development is literally next to it on the right if you are facing at the atrium. Adam was a big help in finding and throughout my stay. Really enjoyed the apartment and it had anything you needed from coffee to stuff you take to the beach like chairs, umbrella and cooler. 10 out of 10 experience and would highly recommend this place. It’s 10 minutes away from everything so location is a none issue. Adam was also flexible with a late check out. Fantastic apartment and vacation. Thank you Adam.

The host is amazing. The place is clean and looked like the pictures. The place does have all the amenities and the beach is right behind the location. However you do need a car to get around. Everything is approximately 15 to 20 minutes away by car and about an hour and more if you’re walking. Overall I would recommend because I really enjoyed the place. Felt right at home.

The place was nice and clean Comfortable quiet
