Jaume’s place is even more beautiful than the photos and a great place to unwind. We had a couple of issues with a toilet blockage and a loss of water pressure but Jaume responded quickly and expertly, and was always friendly in every interaction. As other reviews have mentioned, the road to the property is very windy and takes some getting used to - I’d advise renting a small car to get around right bends and squeeze around other vehicles. Overall, a lovely, quiet, private spot with beautiful views and lovely surrounding mountainous villages.

Jaume is such a sweet host. Welcomed us with wine and snacks. Filled the fridge with some drinks. Always was fast to respond on questions. I can only recommend staying with him! The house and especially it's view is breathtaking. We stayed here in February and it was a bit cold in the house even though we turned on all the heating and kept the fire going all day but thats nothing that should keep you from staying here. Extra pair of socks for winter and you should be fine! :) We will come back here for sure!

Beautiful, peaceful and comfortable stay in Binimira. Amazingly, reality is more picturesque than the photos! Jaume is very responsive and proactive — before arrival, he sent us clear instructions on how to find the villa and met us there upon arrival at 10pm. Due to our late flight, he kindly bought us some groceries for late dinner and breakfast the next day which was much appreciated. The villa is very well equipped with laundry, hanging pegs, dishwasher, every kitchen appliance you can think of (3+ coffee machines!), bbq and lots of bug repellent. He even offered snorkel masks but we did not need them. The whole area and especially the last 10 minute drive down to the villa is all narrow hairpin turns so just be careful. We were approx 15 mins from 3 small towns: Esporles, Valdemossa and Bayalbufar which offered small grocery shops, restaurants and coves for swimming. Jaume was very helpful and the villa had the perfect small touches to make it homey and memorable!

We had the best time at Jaume’s place. Jaume was so helpful with instructions prior to checkin. The drive down is tough (lots of criss crossing back and forth down the mountains) but as long as you don’t get carsick, completely worth it. The view was outstanding and the house was so comfortable for my family. Close to the beach and cute towns to explore (you’ll need to drive to both). Would definitely stay here again— the family is already asking when we’ll come back!
