The house is about 600 meters past the famous Panorama point at the 'Torre del Verger', a watchtower from 1579. The road - where the house is located - eventually leads to the idyllic harbor 'La Pera de s'Ase'. Here you can swim in the sea and enjoy the tranquility. The house is located between Banyalbufar (2 km) and Estellencs (7 km) and is surrounded by nature. The area is almost uninhabited, you have the realm for yourself. Due to the lack of light pollution, you can see a bright starry sky in the evening. If you want, you can enjoy this view from your heated Hotspring jacuzzi. Do you like more people around you, then try the beach of Estellencs or Banyalbufar. Both villages are picturesque with a laid-back atmosphere, with ample places to relax or enjoy a good meal. After Banyalbufar you will pass a Touristic Tower (Torre de ses Animes) where you can take photo’s of the panoramic view. Slow down if you see the tower. The first road to the right after this tower (30 meter) is the way to finca Ca´n Co. It is a small road going down to the sea. The first house on the left is Finca Ca´n Co.
