We loved Sam’s place. It’s perfect for the summer time. You’ll find yourself very close to the center, as well as shops and restaurants, so anything you need will be at a walkable distance.

I recently spent a lovely weekend with extended family at the Summer Dreams Holiday Homes in Skegness. We booked a 3 bedroom unit that comfortably accommodated our group of 6. The property was located just a short walk from North Shore beach, providing quick access to the seaside. Upon entering, we were pleased to find a spacious open concept living and dining area, nice kitchen, and balcony. There were 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and a shower room, providing plenty of space and privacy. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and all the furniture was comfortable. As a serviced accommodation, linens, towels, and kitchen essentials were provided. We found the kitchen well-stocked with all the cookware and appliances needed to prepare family meals. Other amenities like laundry facilities and WiFi were excellent. The static caravan felt safe and was perfect for a family getaway. We enjoyed the proximity to Skegness attractions

I booked this rather large holiday home for work for myself for 1 night and what a pleasure it was, clean comfy and good for my sleep, very quiet. Easy self check in and easy to find. Sam was a good host. Next time I will bring my family for a holiday here. Thanks Gary.

We followed the self check in instructions via an email and was really easy to find. Greate location in Skegness. Once in lovely clean caravan, free WiFi and a smart tv with Netflix. Comfy and cosy. We really enjoyed the stay and will book again for our fun holiday. Thanks for hosting us. Bill.
