Quiet getaway right on the river! Relax on the porch and watch the wildlife - ducks, pelicans, turtles, even dolphins! Bring your fishing poles and fish right off the dock! Great kayaking too on the scenic Bon Secour River. This adorable cottage is spacious enough to comfortably sleep 4 adults and 2 kids on the sleeper sofa. A full sized kitchen to cook up that fresh catch! 15 min to the Gulf of Mexico, 10 min to OWA and Tanger Outlets. The perfect family vacay! The home consists of 2 bedrooms - 1 with a king bed and the second with a full bed. The sofa is also a sleeper. In addition to the bedrooms there is one full bathroom with vanity, toilet and walk in shower. Downstairs there is an outdoor seating area and a kennel space for dogs.

We had a great time at Shelli’s place.. so easy to communicate with her even when I asked questions that were included on the listing details ! House was clean , great view and the fishing was fun. Hope to visit again … thanks Shelli!
Very close to the main strip and lots of fun! We fished of the back docks and had fun kayaking. The patio lay out was wonderful for gathering and relaxing. Inside the cottage was very clean and neatly put together. The beds were great and the area quite. We would love to come back!
Great location! Loved being on the river and seeing that part of the Alabama Coastal area. The house had everything we needed, and Shelli was a joy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

The Galley is a quiet, gated community in Foley, AL on County Road 10 in a community called Bon Secour. The Galley is located alongside the banks of the Bon Secour River. You are only 15 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to OWA and Tanger Outlets and all the shopping and dining that Foley has to offer. There is abundant wildlife along the river - along with fishing you're likely to see ducks, pelicans, turtles, mullet jumping and even dolphins! For our sports tourists, we are 8 minutes from the Gulf Shores Sportsplex and 10 minutes to Foley.
There is parking for two (maybe three) vehicles in the covered area under the home.
