This Air BnB was a solid choice, it was clean and easy to get places, had easy street parking, and is pretty much as advertised. However it was clear this is the standard investment type property with very cheap finishes on an “old bones” house. The water in the sinks wouldn’t go down easily, the fixtures were flimsy, cheap kitchen supplies, floors very creaky, and it is run by a property manager which of course makes everything more of a hassle. The hot water was not working when we arrived… when you message the “host” you are actually messaging Evolve a management company. They send back a generic auto message. Then they tell you to wait an hour or so to hear from the actual owner. I had to go through an automated message service just to get in touch which took 25 min just to get someone on the phone. The owner did eventually come to fix the issue and was very kind and helpful, however it took a long time overall to address because this is not someone’s actual home, just a business

This place was great! The location is perfect, central to everything in the DMV area. We brought our toddler and it was great for him. They even have a full size crib (that folds!) vs. a pack n play which is what most properties have. Made bedtime even easier for our son out of his normal routine. Clean, comfortable, great location. The hosts were great with their communication and were even able to accommodate our request for a late check out. We would stay here again!

Ted went above and beyond with our stay. Everything else is described clean bathrooms modern kitchen as well, clean furniture and clean linens. We forgot a couple of items, and he was nice enough to ship them back to us. Walking distance to a McDonald’s and the best right across the McDonald’s Spanish food and a 7-Eleven for your late night needs.
