From the very start we were impressed by Mark and Carol's place. Spotlessly clean, spacious and every need was catered for. Set on the very edge of the beautiful village of Clare it is a 2 minute walk through the trees to the Country Park for picnics & awe inspiring walks next to the river. Thankyou Mark & Carol for being such warm & friendly hosts..you were wonderful and we look forward to visiting again someday..10 out of 10

A super practical and ultra clean space to stay in a wonderful location with a warm and welcoming host couple. The bed was particularly comfortable with beautiful crisp white linen. There is a blissful and atmospheric walk through The Priory into the historic town of Clare which is worth at least one whole day's worth of exploration. Unfortunately our stay was so short we were unable to benefit from the many tempting walking routes in the surrounding countryside. We hope we might return one day.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was lovely to have tea, coffee and milk available on arrival. It was quiet and a convenient location to walk into Clare and explore the surrounding area. Perfect! Thank you, Mark.

Our second stay here. Perfect for being local to family but lovely and peaceful when we relaxed in the evenings. Great facilities, cosy and comfy.
