Friendly and flexible hosts, excellent location in midst of village near castle park, priory, pubs, shops, and river walks. Welcoming pack of essentials to get through first day or two. Property is a small, terraced cottage with an enclosed garden for sitting outside when the weather is warmer. Good value for money for a quick or extended stay. Fit our needs perfectly.

Great stay in a lovely little cottage, has everything you could need, shower was awesome, Woolfy also provided us with a number of provisions to get us started.

The cottage location is great - very close to Clare castle country park and Clare priory but also close to shops, cafes and amenities. The cottage itself was lovely - very cosy and warm and with a neat private outdoor space. It was comfortable and things worked readily. Everything had been done to make life easy - there were lots of little extras that might be needed, but wouldn't have been brought. The kitchen was especially well stocked. Few places provide a wide range of herbs, oil, flour, sauces, jams marmalade and marmite. Fresh food was supplied such as bread, butter, eggs, cheese, milk, tomatoes and orange juice. Fresh flowers and chocolates too!

A beautifully appointed, clean and homely cottage. Lots of nice touches to make it feel like home, eg, pictures on the walls, plenty of cushions on sofa and chairs and a comprehensive supply of provisions in the kitchen, including many spices.

Alistair and Woolfy's cottage is very cosy, clean and peaceful. The welcome kit was a lovely surprise.
