This lovely, well maintained and peaceful 3 bedroom house has been part of our family for almost 22 years. Located in Haverhill, Suffolk, this house has many things to see and do nearby including Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Duxford Imperial war Museum, Linton Zoo and Saffron Walden plus much more. The house is very well equipped as shown in the photos, and on arrival we will provide you with a welcome basket. The house is also located in a quiet neighbourhood with green space nearby. On entering the property you will see the stairs and the living room. In the living room there is one large sofa and three smaller armchairs. There is a table in the middle of the room and smaller tables near the seating. There is a smart TV which in addition to satellite TV has Amazon prime, Netflix, Disney etc (we leave these logged out for you to be able to log in). Next to the TV there is also a fold out sofa bed if needed for any reason. After the living room you move into the kitchen. The kitchen is open plan with an island in the middle. Our kitchen has many amenities including a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, a newly fitted stove and oven plus more you can see in the photos. The kitchen is also fully stocked with glasses, mugs, plates, and all utensils you would need to cook with. We will provide you with a personalised welcome basket on arrival so you will have some necessities. Moving into the garden from the kitchen, you can open one or both of the patio doors into the garden - ideal for summer when the weather is hot! The garden has outdoor seating in which you can enjoy a tea or coffee and although small the garden is private. There is also apple, blackberry and fig plants growing in the garden so if in bloom feel free to eat these! Coming back inside the house and up the stairs there is a bedroom to your left, a bedroom straight ahead and then a bedroom and bathroom to your right. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower and draws which hold extra flannels and hand towels. The first bedroom closest to the bathroom has a double bed with storage underneath and a wardrobe with hangers to store clothes. There is also a set of draws which have extra bath towels in them if you need them. This bedroom overlooks the front of the house. The second bedroom again has a double bed with storage underneath and another wardrobe for storage (this has more wardrobe space than the other bedroom). This bedroom has a set of draws which are empty for your use, there is also a vanity unit in this room with a stool and mirror. This room overlooks the back of the house and the garden. The third bedroom is the smallest bedroom and used to be used as a Child's room but the bed is big enough for an adult too. This room has shelving as shown in the photos (which we can empty if you would like). Although there is no wardrobe in this room there is still some space under the bed for storage. This bedroom like the second overlooks the garden. All three bedrooms have bins in them. Lastly there is a storage cupboard next to the bathroom which has some extra bathmats as well as the boiler in (you shouldn't need to go in this cupboard but its there if you do).
