Easy to find and excellent response times from Veronica. Unfortunately on arrival I found the house hadn’t been cleaned with towels left on the floor and beds unmade. This was quickly sorted after messaging Veronica who was very apologetic and sent the cleaners in. House is good space with comfortable bed and it was quiet. However a few little issues - no tea towel in the kitchen for example. Main problem was there is no Wi-Fi and couldn’t get the TV to work and despite messaging again couldn’t really resolve this. Frustrating after a long day working to then have to mess around trying to get the TV on.

The house was not clean at all, even tho they charged a £60 cleaning fee. Tv does not working with connecting to a device.

Don't expect a welcome package with basics. Very clean & airy. Very close to Sainsburys with petrol station. TV works by connecting to laptop or mobile phone. Would stay there again.

Sadly the property did not match expectations and that simply maybe the pictures hiding the reality. The property is very tired, it wasn’t clean. Previous guests rubbish left in the garden outside the patio door. Bin in bathroom not emptied from previous guest. Dead plant left on the stairs. Remote controls not working. Hot water not switched on. I left the property after 2 nights of a 4 night stay. I only stayed the second night as I had to go into London very early and return very late. I did advise the host I was leaving and why. The response was no refund as I didn’t report on day one and if I had they would have sent a cleaner.
