If you are very active during the night and have a noisy lifestyle/ music ---please avoid my flat, it not going to be suitable for this kind of guest. Not suitable for any parties extra visitors or filming ( please check house rules) for pre-booked guests only no shoes be worn inside the flats. Due to the situation with gas prices, heating will be run from October to March evening, morning, and a few hours during the night. During the day time from 11am - 6 pm Heating will have a break. This flat is very warm and well insulated so it not going to be a big problem. IF guests would like to run the heating as much as they like, no problem then we charge an extra £20 per day. No heating from April till 1 October. Air conditioner portable availabe during hot summer month.
