This cozy and fully equipped apartment is perfect for couples, friends or small families. A spacious, private terrace offers views of the mountains and the town Puerto Rico. It is only a five minutes walk to the shopping center with many shops, restaurants, bars etc. and just a 15-20 minutes walk to the beach! Supermarkets, doctor, bus stop are all reachable within a 10 min walk. It was recently renovated and refurnished so yes it does look exactly like in the pictures :) The dormitory has a queen size bed and the living room has a sofa bed which sleeps 2 adults comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, a stove, Coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) as well as the typical southern european coffee kettle, refrigerator and freezer and of course plates, cutlery etc. The apartment also has a washing machine and a drying rack on the terrace as well as an iron and ironing board. We provide you with all the essentials: bed sheets, towels (also beach towels), soap/shower gel/shampoo, as well as coffee, tea and essentials for cooking (oil, salt, pepper...). We can also provide a baby bed at no extra charge.

Apartment with a good location, just a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Host was very responsive and had a very clear guide!
Es hat alles super geklappt. Das Apartment war so wie beschrieben. Super Unterkunft mit Klimaanlage und schöner Terrasse , gepflegte Anlage super sauberer Pool. Das einzige Manko sind die unzähligen Treppen um die Koffer zur Unterkunft zu bringen. Da bleibt man halt fit. Es ist nichts für Menschen mit Gehproblemen. Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung super sauber und gut temperiert. Im Kühlschrank (sehr groß mit extra Gefrierschrank) waren zum Start Wasser, Bier und Cola. Einfach super. Auf Anfrage zwecks eines 2. Schlüssel wurde umgehend reagiert. Man muss allerdings bei der Lage der Anlage wissen, dass man oberhalb der Partymeile wohnt. Mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen ist nicht zwischen 21 und 4 Uhr möglich. Dafür sind die Fenster aber komplett dicht und es gibt die Klimaanlage und einen Ventilator. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge oder zum Strand. Wem der Weg zurück zu mühsam ist, kann vom Ort für 3,85€ mit dem Taxi zurück auf den Berg. Parkplätze waren oberhalb der Anlage ausreichenden
We had a wonderful stay at Stefan’s place, which is a very comfortable property and which was perfect for my wife and I. It was exactly as advertised, and small touches such as cold beers and soft drinks in the fridge on arrival were very welcome! The complex where the property is situated is welcoming, and we noticed that it appeared to be well maintained. The pool area a few steps from Stefan’s apartment is very clean and perfect for a cool dip at the end of a busy day. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Stefan's bnb! It was in an extremely clean and convenient location and the place itself was incredibly clean and beautiful. Stefan was very responsive and gave us great recommendations. He also had water and snacks for us prepared. We had a great time, thank you!

Puerto Rico is one of Gran Canaria’s most popular destinations as it is well known for being one of the sunniest spots on the island. It has a lot to offer: there is the white sand beach, the port where most sailing/fishing/etc trips depart, 2 shopping centers with shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. There are several gyms nearby as well as a small theme park (Angry Birds, my nephew (2) and my niece (6) both loved it) and other activities for children. With a car, it takes you less than 10 minutes to the port of Mogan and just about 15 minutes to the dunes of maspalomas and/or the nightlife of Playa de ingles. You can reach the next bus stop, supermarket, pharmacy and doctor within a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
It will take you about 15min (quick walker) to 25 minutes (easy stroll) to get to the beach from the apartment.
