This was a fabulous home. The house was exactly as described and Donna was a superb host. Since we were new to driving on the left side and on 1 lane roads it took us a little longer to set to our destination. To get to Portree it was about a 30 minute drive. We loved the Hungry Gull Cafe, the food was really good, I recommend the Black Skye Blonde lager on tap. Also you must try the delicious desserts. After a long day sightseeing and hiking we throughly enjoyed coming back to relax and unwind. Thank you again for your generous hospitality.

Beautiful house in a great location. Skye can get very busy with tourists and we spent time in some very popular spots. It was so lovely to come back to the cottage each day to such peaceful surroundings. The views from the living room are spectacular -a great point to watch all the different kinds of weather roll by. The house is well equipped, comfortable and warm. We had some unseasonably cold weather, with hail, one day and managed to warm the house up quickly and easily. Would definitely return.

By far the best place we stayed while in Scotland. Amazing setting away from it all with beautiful views. Sheep, river, and mountain views all right outside. House itself was clean and had everything we needed. We left another place that didn't work out and spent a little extra to stay here, so glad we did, was worth every penny. Host was extremely responsive and helpful especially since we booked it last minute!
