Really great spot. We stayed here with 3 kids and 3 adults and still had 2 extra rooms. Everything was super clean, and the breakfast they cooked for the kids each morning was amazing! Made mornings so easy. We loved the decor. Location was great, a little out of the hustle and bustle but only 5-10 min from the heart of old town. So awesome!

Ha’s place is a beautifully decorated villa. The pool is the cleanest I think I’ve seen. Jasmine, Ha and the other staff were the friendliest, kindest and most helpful staff we’ve come across in Vietnam. No request was too much for them! The beds are the comfiest we found in Vietnam, the shower water pressure and temperature also the best we found. Also the breakfast at the villa was the best. Really happy with our time at the villa. The location of the villa is close to attractions without being in a busy spot.
