Overall, we had a great stay! The location is perfect, close to the all the small downtowns and parks. The lakefront view was amazing! The host was great to work with, quick to respond and resolved any of the issues we had. A couple of negatives: 1- The listing mentioned DirecTV but that was not actually available and had been removed. There was a smart tv but you were not able to add any apps so you do not have any way to watch live tv or sports. 2- We had some issues getting into the front door (the code did not work) and the internet password did not initially work either. But the host was very quick to help us fix both. 3- Not all of the doors lock or close properly. Not a big issue for us but could be for others

We stayed for a long weekend and had a lovely time. The location and outdoor spaces are just beautiful and we loved being right on kangaroo lake for kayaking, paddle boating, etc. A few small concerns to note are that the home wasn’t particularly clean when we arrived (floors still had some dirt from the last guests), and several people in our party were bothered by allergies during our stay. We also found that many of the old doors in the home didn’t close properly. Overall, a very spacious home in a great location, but could benefit from some deep cleaning.
