Welcome to Colonial Beach Escape! Located in the heart of Colonial Beach on the POTOMAC RIVER, our brand new family-friendly townhome offers tasteful, comfortable furnishings and all the amenities you need for a fun and relaxing getaway. Colonial Beach Escape boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3 private outdoor spaces, and is steps from the community pool and putting green. We are just 3 blocks from the beach and a short walk or golf cart ride to many restaurants, breweries, shops, and playgrounds. Our home has 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and 1 kids bunk bedroom and would comfortably sleep 10 guests.

Caroline's place was super clean and homey and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and more. All the cookware, dishes, TVs, toys, books, extra fans and the grill was in great condition. We used the pool and my toddler had a blast as well as at the several nearby parks within walking distance. We will stay here again if we have the opportunity!
ITS A REAL BEAUTIFUL HOME. BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED AND THE CABINETS WERE FULLY STOCKED. WE HAD A BEAUTIFUL WEEKEND GETAWAY AND HOPE TO RETURN SOON

Two cars may park in driveway and garage. There is an adjacent parking lot with available parking spaces. Please do not park cars or golf carts on any grassy areas around townhome.
The town is very walkable and golf cart friendly. Golf cart rentals are available in town. There is also a trolley that operates throughout town.
