This home was perfect for our mini family reunion. There was plenty of space to spread out. The upstairs gathering space was a hit with the teenagers. Upstairs and downstairs primary bedrooms were well appointed. The kitchen was a favorite gathering spot. We spent plenty of time on the front porch people watching. The backyard fire pit was on our list of things to do. We just ran out of time. We came for the local Osprey Festival and it was right across the street. Plenty of eating spots walkable from the house. Beach was walkable too. This town is a little gem. We look forward to a return visit. Megan and Jim are responsive hosts and made the visit even better!!

Our family group (4 adults and 6 kids) loved staying at Megan & Jim's place! There was plenty of room and great hang out spots for both adults and kids. They provided excellent recommendations of restaurants and other things to do. We rented a golf cart one day and really enjoyed the little town. We loved the town and loved the home! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We chose Colonial Beach in the off-season for a work retreat. The house worked perfectly for us.

Megan and Jim were wonderful hosts! Incredibly accommodating and responsive. The house was perfect for our families needs. The playground in the back was great for the kids and a super easy walk to the beach and restaurants.
