Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce « beach house » parfait ! Très propre, le mobilier est wow, les lits et oreillers super confortables, plusieurs salles de bain pour plusieurs personnes … tout était impeccable :)

I cannot overstate how great Matt’s place is. Matt is an excellent host, the floor plan is outstanding and the location is amazing. You can walk to everywhere you want to go.

Matt’s place is a dream! Beautiful, clean home with a pool in the backyard and a nice rooftop. The decor is as such a nice touch. He was a very responsive, accommodating, and good host. We would love to come back :)

Couldn’t have pictured a better fit for us in my own imagination. Proximity to all that Colonial Beach has to offer by golf cart, and a pool IN THE BACKYARD! Comfy and spacious for many families. Hope to return soon!

Whatever I say about Matt and his place….won’t be enough! What a fantastic house in a great, walkable location. Pool literally within steps, beach also in walking distance, nice deck, fun rooftop, ample space and bedrooms for 10 people. We walked to the beach twice in the 3 days we were there. And Matt is the best host ever. So friendly, kind, professional and helpful, all at once! I would give 11 out of 10 stars!
