We had a great stay at Misunn and David's cottage. Check-in and check-out were easy and the cottage was very comfortable. The location is great for the beach, but also a short walk to the restaurant strip, and to local parks. Great spot, and we may be back!

My family of 4 just stayed at The Cottage and really enjoyed our stay. Misunn was really friendly and I enjoyed talking with her and David seemed friendly too; we stayed for 4 nights and I especially loved the large screened in porch and access to their private pool just out back from the property. The pool was on the smaller side but perfect for our stay with a small tiki hut, music playing and an inflatable flamingo float. There were lounge chairs and plenty of seating around it. We loved the location, just one block from the beach, down the street from a great brewery on the bay side with karaoke every Wednesday, and a large Tiki bar at Dockside (just over a mile away) which we also loved! We brought scooters to get around everywhere. I would definitely recommend this place for a visit anytime of year. We didn't go into the river/beach because of all the jellyfish, so being able to use the pool was a huge plus on these hot summer days!

We couldn’t say more about our stay. We visit yearly and plan to continue doing so. The home is spacious, clean, and close to the beach and restaurants. Misunn and David are incredible hosts and we will definitely be back!

Colonial Beach is a cute little town, with lots to do. The house is pretty close to the center of town, everything is walkable. The house is a good size and and very quaint
