This house is gorgeous and so homey. We greatly enjoyed our stay here! Lots of room, and all we really had to bring was our clothes and food. The only thing I heard anyone complain about besides not wanting to leave was only having one tv. But we navigated right through that issue. It’s a wonderfully maintained and upgraded home! I absolutely love the shower in the master bedroom. The color schemes and decor are very nicely thought out. If the need arises for us to come back to Colonial beach I’ll definitely be contacting Mrs. Dabney to reserve this home again.

Loved a peaceful few days by the river at the tail end of the summer Weather was perfect and the sun rise views from the porch and the master bedroom were great to start the day off

This house was perfect for our weekend! We had a friends themed bachlorette and the furniture even matched coincidentally! Everything that we needed was there! It was clean and peaceful! Right on the water! Everyone around was friendly and Dabney was very responsive! Very quick when I had questions! Would totally recommend and if needed will use in the future!
