Family of four stayed two nights to visit Te Papa, the Lego dinosaur exhibition and WOW - so an excellent location for all three events as well as lots of food choices. Greatly appreciated the two young people in the front office (one male and one female) who helped me actually get in as I was slightly confused with the two different boxes outside (even though they are clearly marked) and also helped us with a new remote as the one we had - and another - did not work. Both were efficient and friendly and sorted the issues immediately. Staff like this are hard to find!! We come to Wellington every year and will definitely be back.

So much space! especially since we were travelling with two young children. The cleaning didn't appear to have been done but the beds were made nicely. We asked for a portacot when booking and it was forgotten but was brought to us in time for bedtime.
