We had our Thanksgiving here as a family of 16. It was very peaceful, and everyone had a blast. very well equipped and prepared. We would stay again.

Guys trip down to Arkansas for our 55th years. Perfect for a large group to get away & enjoy each others company. Driveway was a little rough & I don’t advise taking it for the first time in the dark, but overall very doable if you have a 4WD vehicle with some ground clearance. Had a great time. Played golf, went mountain bike riding & rented a boat on the lake.

The place was just like it was described. Grill was the only thing that wasn’t totally clean when we got there, but it was no big deal to clean before using. Location was nice and it felt like you were out by yourself in the woods. Would stay again

They were very slow to respond! There was a mouse in the kitchen our second night there, the host did not get back to me until a day later only to say that it is common to see mice in the property. Our vehicle got stuck and my fiancé missed her flight because they didn’t give full disclosure that you MUST have 4 wheel drive vehicle or you will get stuck on the gravel road and the super steep hills. There is no cell service so we had to walk to get service and try and locate a tow truck, we got towed out around 11:30pm and had to leave the property a day earlier than expected. All the host did was apologize that the website had not been updated. Which makes zero sense to me because they KNOW you must have 4WD they just don’t want to discourage people from renting their property if they knew the truth regarding the long dangerous road. I think the host handled this very poorly and I will never stay at another evolve property! They should have tow info posted at the property.
