# King single bed with comfortable mattress and bedding. # Large window with natural light and fresh air. # Built in closet with plenty of space for your clothes and belongings. # Very close to any public transport and local attractions. # Female only guest policy for your safety and privacy. # A peaceful and quite neighbourhood, and easy access to the city center. My partner Winnie is a shy person, but we are friendly and helpful host who loves to share our life experience and local tips. Along with the bedroom there is a shared kitchen and bathroom. You are also welcome to use the table & chairs in the living room. Shared areas are cleaned daily but we politely request all guests tidy up after themselves in all communal areas.

I stayed at Tracy’s house for 2 nights. Everything was clean and tidy, it was really comfortable. Her house was in a calm and comfortable area, but it was easy to access. I couldn’t meet her in person, but she was kind because she always explained details. Thank you for your lovely support!
Es war sauber und ordentlich. Tracy selbst war nicht da, aber ihre Freundin Winnie. Bei Fragen hat mir Winnie weitergeholfen. Ich muss einen Stern abziehen, weil es in der Küche nur eine Herdplatte gibt. Man kann keine aufwändigeren Gerichte kochen. Ansonsten war es eine schöne Zeit.
Tracy is one of the most caring and kind hosts I've been with. Her place feels like home with wonderful housemates. Her place is also walking distance to train and tram. I really like her place, and I definitely will book her place when I have the chance to come back to Melbourne in the future.

# Public transport: You can walk to Gardiner Station, which is only 450 metres away from our spot. From here, you can catch a train to the city centre or other destinations. You can also use the tram network that runs along Malvern Road and High Street, which are both within walking distance. We are suggest you plan your journey using Public Transport Victoria.
# Driving: You can access the M1 Freeway easily from our spot which connects you to other parts of Melbourne and beyond. You can also find plenty of parking spaces near the property.

Our home is in a quiet area, near public transport, shops, cafes, and parks. You will have a private room with a cozy king single bed. Melbourne is a beautiful city, you can ask me for tips on places I have been or things I have done.
