We chose this house on location - we wanted to be near both the restuarants of Grand Case but also the ebach. Although the property is not right on the beach, it is a very short walk (like 50 yards) to the beach and just up the beach is the very well run Grand Case Beach Club including the Sunset Cafe - both open to non hotel guests. The house is very well presented and beautifully furnished, just as per the photos. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, large TV and good wifi. Erci, the host, lives right next door and was very helpful, meeting us when we arrived in the dark the first night, and then with answering our questions during our stay.

Todo excelente nos estaba esperando ya que nuestro vuelo se retardó un día por vientos fuertes nos ofreció quedarnos ma s pero ya teníamos pasajes tiene todo que se necesita y está a corta distancia caminando de los restaurantes el trato de Eric fue impecable siempre respondió muy rápido y amable muy recomendable

Eric's cottage is very nice. It was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful and had plenty of hot water. We were there in March when it was pretty hot outside, but the air-conditioning kept the house cool enough to be comfortable. While there is no dedicated parking spot, we had no trouble getting a space on the main road outside for our hire car. Grand Case is small enough that the beaches and restaurants are only a ten minute walk from the house and enough of them that you wouldn't need to leave the area during a short trip. The cottage is set back from the main road and not listed on your phone's map app and so make sure you get directions before you arrive. Eric met us to let us in and gave us a good welcome. All in all, we had a great trip and will look to Eric for our next one.

This appealing cottage has a great location. We walked to dinner most nights. It has great privacy and Eric, the host, was very quick to offer advice and support--communication was excellent. The cottage is charming and has everything necessary for a great stay in Grand Case.
