There is never a wave and the sea is always calm because it is located on the part sheltered by the trade winds of the island. What to ask for better with a water between 26° in winter and 32° in summer. The Duplex is located a little above the beach. The difference in height between the beach and the Duplex is 19m. On foot, the beach is 600 m away, and it takes 6 minutes 30 to get there. On the return journey, as there's a 19 m difference in height, it takes 7 minutes 45. Alternatively, you can get there by car, and there's a parking lot 100 m from the beach.
