Our stay at Ryan's cottage in Marietta was lovely. It was comfortable and quiet, even though the cottage is close to the road. Note that the tile in the bathroom is quite cold early in the morning, so pack slippers or socks if staying in the winter or in-between seasons, that would be a bonus in the summer! The kitchen was spotless. They provided amenities that I wasn't expecting, like one-use travel coffee cups, such a nice surprise as we were up for the eclipse, but due to the cloud cover, we ended up driving to Vermont and back - it was a coffee worthy drive! The cottage is well taken care of and a welcoming place to stay in the country, but still close enough drive to good restaurants.

This was our second stay at Ryan’s Cozy Lake Cottage. We have family in the area & this is the perfect place to stay when we visit. We love this place!! It’s nice to see the updates too, the back deck is a wonderful addition. We drive to Green Lakes State Park and stopped at a few breweries. Highly recommend Freight Yard Brewery in Clay, NY. The Milkhouse is a great spot for breakfast or lunch!

With family on the lake, just down the road this was a perfect guest cottage for the holiday. Ryan included sweet holiday touches and clear directions. So comfortable.

This is a truly lovely place. We were visiting our daughter in Syracuse, and after a day in the city, we were fortunate to have Ryan’s place to come home to. It’s clean, spacious, and comfortable. And the water is insanely clean and smells delicious. Ryan was in touch frequently making sure we had everything we needed. Next time we hope to spend more time finding places to visit around the lake. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.
