Overall I am very satisfied with David's home. It was clean, spacious and close to the beach. He communicated check in and check out instructions well and we didn't have any issues. My only real complaint is the area. While it is 2 easy blocks to the beach, with a public access right there, the immediate surroundings are run down, vacant and somewhat scary. Our group was followed and harassed on 1 walk to the beach and we didn't feel safe walking again. I know this may be more of an off season issue, but it's unfortunate that such a lovely home is surrounded by this. There were also random people cutting through the front yard. One other minor thing to mention is that the kitchen has the bare necessities. Nothing extra or fancy, no salt/pepper, etc. It was nice being so close to our venue and the beach though and appreciate the opportunity to stay at this home.

Exactly as advertised. Walked on the beach every morning because it was so close. David is extremely easy to reach and does everything he can to help you. Almost everything you’ll want to do is within walking distance. It’s a bit of a joke but even broadway on the beach is within walking distance. Would absolutely stay again.

Extremely easy check-in and check-out process; great common area and well-stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes for a large group. Great location with a 5 minute walk from the beach and direct access to the boardwalk.
