We had a good stay at the villa. We used the villa during a professional fair. Every room has a private bathroom. Friendly host and a good restaurant within walking distance!

I celebrated my thirtiest birthday with 12 friends in the villa and had a birthday dinner in the Trattoria del Lago (which was very delicious!). It was a wonderful experience and the villa was just the perfect place. Every room has it's own pretty bathroom which is equipped with everything you need (towels, toiletries) and has a mini bar, coffee machine and kettle. You can lock every room and the kitchen is also well equipped. The house was overall clean and well prepared. They even set the table in the dining room and added some beautiful flowers as a welcome. The communication with Simone and Fatima was smooth, also whilst staying there. The weather even allowed for a swim in the lake, for which we went to the other side of the lake where there is a camping space and a bar. The only down side is the very busy street between the villa and the lake. Overall I can highly recommend the villa for any larger groups and thank Simone and Fatima again for everything!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Frauen und haben den 4tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Beatrice und ihr Team sind super freundlich und immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn man ein Anliegen hat!

We rented the whole house for three nights. Very spacious and stylish place. The rooms were nicely made up and clean. All the rooms come with a small breakfast set, and a mini bar, that can be consumed free of charge :-) all the rooms, including the common areas in the ground floor and the cellar are well-heated. You will have absolutely no problem in winter. The ground floor and the cellar, with the Veranda room, was really great for our gatherings. We indeed enjoyed our stay at this place. We already think to come back and have a visit in a summer time.
