It was a nice and cozy apartment at a very reasonable price. The place is better suited for bachelors in my opinion. The caretaker is also a nice guy who caters to all your needs.

If you are under a limited budget and you are in Goa then you just tapped the right place. We stayed in a 2BHK which was quite spacious. They even provide gas line in case you wish to cook. The restaurants, medical store and Shops are right outside. The beaches are in 10 mins range via scooter/car. You can expect basic amenities with clean beds here. Within budget, Nothing facy but lacks nothing. Thanks for hosting us.

Surely worth the price. However, the neighbourhood is noisy. Also, the walls need a touch up, they were quite dirty and gave the place an average & kinda messy feel even though the apartment was quite large and nice.
