Jay’s place was as described! We traveled with a one-year-old and there was a high chair and pack and play. Upstairs loft/den area was carpeted and perfect for crawling around. The community amenity and pool area was nearby and nice to have. Quick responses on my questions in advance. Thanks!

Our stay was great. Jay was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process! We had a couple questions and Jay was extremely responsive and eager to make things right and help. House was very spacious, beautiful, and open. It had plenty of room for 11 of us! We had a great time and would stay there again if heading out there!

We were three couples in Surprise for a tennis tournament at the Surprise Tennis Center. It was a great location for driving or walking to the tennis center. The kitchen was well appointed for all of us to prepare breakfast. We mostly ate out for lunch and dinner. There were lots of options within just a few miles. If we return to Surprise, we will definitely stay here again.
