This Airbnb was great! It gave hotel vibes with a private entrance and a private parking spot upfront. I noticed people mentioned the space for parking being tight, for reference I was driving a Nissan Rogue and was able to reverse park and fit perfectly. It is at a strange angle tho so if you have a short vehicle such as a Nissan Altima you may struggle. The SUV was able to go on top of the curve which made parking easy, I am unsure how that would work with a little car. The neighborhood felt safe and I liked that there were security code locks to enter the gate/ gate seemed sturdy and protective. I got this Airbnb for myself, 2 parents and son and we fit well. There are 2 beds, 2 people can sleep on each. It is like a hotel as I mentioned so everyone shares the space and is constantly in eachothers space. I liked that this place had a tv, we were able to wind down in the evenings and watch a few movies. Great place for a quick 3 day trip to SF! Also super close to all attractions!
Jasons place was in a safe and convenient location as it was only 4-5 mins walking distance to the BART train station. It accommodates 3-4 people comfortably. There is an added bonus that it has a parking space which is convenient for those that are renting a car to do things outside of the city but one thing to note is that the space fits a smaller car more comfortably versus a larger SUV/Truck. The parking space was a little tight to get into due to the street parking from neighbors that park in front of the house. We had a small Hyundai Elantra and when arriving at night it would take us a bit more time trying to fit the car into the space. Besides that this place was awesome because not many places offer a parking space! Just keep in mind of the size of the vehicle. We needed a few extra towels and toilet paper and Jason responded immediately and provided us with those on the same day which was extremely nice of him! I would definitely recommend his place!! Very clean also!

I enjoy traveling and experiencing the local life in new cities. I like to pack my day with as many activities as possible on some trips, while I want to relax more and take my time on others. Either way, I love spending time roaming around, finding the popular touristy landmarks I can not miss and seeking out the little gems that would otherwise be hidden. It's always helpful to get a locals' perspective, and that's why I enjoy opening up our home to host those who visit the Bay Area! We like to give our guests an experience that we would appreciate if we were traveling. That way, we're always doing our best to be helpful, understanding, and accommodating. When I travel with my wife, we don't usually spend much time in the places we rent because we're usually out and about... all we need is a clean place to shower and sleep. We know not all travelers are like us, and that's why we take extra care to make the home feel cozy and welcoming for our guests! We like presenting a clean and comfortable space to our guests with the basic necessities so all they have to do is arrive and enjoy! Our guests' experiences staying in our home are important to us! We believe they will be amazing if both the guests and the hosts mutually put in effort to respect each other and contribute to a positive environment. Just as we aim to provide a space that we'd like to travel and stay in, we similarly treat others the way we would want to be treated. Our guests' feedback usually tell us we are accommodating and quick responders, doing our best to provide a great experience for them. We are grateful for their kind words, but what's important is that we can deliver the same great experience to you!
