My family and I had a great stay. All three units were very clean and well kept. The office staff made check in very easy and were always reachable. We would definitely come back and stay again if we came back to Tybee.

We rented all 3 units and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good location (less than one minute to the boardwalk). Everything was so fresh and clean, newly remodeled and nice. Great kitchens. If renting the whole house, be aware that there’s no convenient/comfortable place for everyone to gather, and the pool/decks are only accessible from Unit B or from a gate in the driveway. A few things we didn’t love: we could hear each other between the units; the bed in Unit A is clearly visible from outside through the door window, so we had to tape something over it for privacy; the shared bathroom in Unit C connects not only to the hallway, but also to the small bedroom (which was a little bit awkward unless you’re close family). Everything worked fine for our family’s needs (other than needing to cover the Unit A door window), and we were thrilled to find something so nice and close to the beach, with such a large quantity of bedrooms and bathrooms, while still being in separate units.

Loved this home! We had our family stay in all three units and were very comfortable. We all had enough space in our own unit, but also gathered together in unit c for breakfast and dinners. All units seemed to have been remodeled fairly recently. The tile work and counter tops were absolutely gorgeous and felt luxurious. My husband and I walked to the YMCA to work out. All of us were able to walk to lunch at The Deck (great view!), the beach, to get ice cream at The Sugar Shack, and a beach shop for memorabilia and snacks.
