Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση!! Ζητήσαμε αν μπορεί η άφιξη να γίνει νωρίτερα και όχι μόνο μας το επέτρεψαν αλλά φύγαμε και αργότερα από την ώρα του check out!

Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub so schön verbringen konnten. Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie auf den Fotos. Traumhafte Umgebung, leider fussläufig nicht wirklich etwas zu erreichen, aber wenn man ein Auto hat - gar kein Problem! Der Pool war wunderbar, besonders für die Kinder.

Recently travelled with 3 friends, all of us frequent travelers and frequent AirBnB users. We were extremely disappointed in a number of ways with the villa. Firstly, and this is the most important element, we believe that the listing is inaccurate. While we booked for 4 people and believed the villa to be a 3 bedroom, the one we stayed in was not. The problem lies in the fact that the booking process does not allow you as the guest to choose which villa you are trying to book for. It may do so if you actually book on the villa's actual website. However, using any other third party option, such as AirBnB means you book and are allocated accordingly. This meant that we believed we would have 3 bedrooms + a sofa bed and that would enable all 4 of us to sleep seperately. In reality, it was a 2 bedroom with couches that cannot be slept on, and another bed in a 'landing' of sorts, ie NOT an attic as explained/described. Given the significant rate per night we were both disappointed and felt that this was poor value for money. If we were willing to share rooms and sleep in open, public spaces then we would have found cheaper, closer to the beach with less promise of bedrooms. Additionally, while breakfast was promised, it was delivered close to midday on the second day, rather than at check in, or even at breakfast time as was promised to us by the host and the cleaning staff. There was a limit of towels, no teatowels for the kitchen, not even enough bowls and plates etc in the kitchen for 4 people. In short, the idea of a working kitchen where we might make a meal and enjoy a wine did not deliver, as it was not really possible for all to eat properly using plates and bowls all at once. No blankets, nothing to add if you were cold at night, only a sheet and bed cover. Directions, we were told the car rental guy would assist us in explaining the way to the villa, he did not! And so on. I think the final straw for us was being woken by the gardening staff before 8am. The gardening staff did not stay all day, and certainly had jobs that required both noisy machinery and quiet tasks. It is beyond me as to why they could not have organised their schedule to use the machinery after 10am or something civilised. Given this is a 'luxury villa' for use on your holiday, as opposed to your regular life, this was not good enough. Crete was fabulous, this villa was not. Will definitely be back to Crete, definitely not at Athina luxury villas.

A casa fica em uma região muito bonita e tranquila, bom para férias em família ou entre amigos. Era um pouca mais distante das praias do que esperávamos mas a beleza do lugar e a facilidade de acesso e de comercio compensou. Bonita, bem conservada e confortável, e a hospitalidade no Niko fazem tudo muito especial. Helena Markakis Agosto 2017
