We had a fantastic time in Chester, the apartment was within walking distance of all the pubs and restaurant in the center. The house was clean plenty of room for all 7 of us, the only niggly comment i would make is that we just needed one more comfy chair in the lounge for us all to sit. We got 2 cars on the drive no problem at all, so bonus no parking to pay for. You are in a built up area so there is a bit of noise in a morning from the road and neighboring houses and flats, but i think this is also heighten as it was over a weekend so more people at home. We would defiantly book again. I had also left some items in the wardrobe which i had completely forgotten about, the owner called and i was able to collect, so many thanks for that too.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here. It's a great location, within easy walking distance of the centre of Chester, including the walls, restaurants and cinemas. There's a leisure centre across the road. Despite being opposite a fire station and near a busy main road, there was very little traffic noise. The free parking was very handy. On the negative side, the property is fairly tired, and is in desperate need of some tlc and a deep clean. The property does not have its own Netflix or Amazon account, so please bear in mind that you need your own account in order to access these. The kitchen could be better equipped, but was just about sufficient to get us through the week. The sofa was also not very comfortable to sit on, as its a sofa bed. Not a 5-star property, but reasonable value for money.
This is a really nice place to stay in Chester and very close to City center. It is easy to walk to whatever you need there. The host was very responsive and we appreciated that. It was great having the parking for our guests visiting. We would stay here again.

Whether you prefer an award-winning dining experience or some tasty, homely grub; there are so many options across Chester and its suburbs to find a totally traditional or oddly offbeat menu to suit your taste!
How about joining the Cheshire elite at Britain’s oldest racecourse, the Roodee, for an unforgettable day or evening at the Races. First opening in 1539, the Roodee racecourse is a fabulous location to watch Horse racing or Polo, mingle with some famous faces and sip on some of the finest champagne at the ‘jewel of Chester’s crown.’ Races run annually from Spring-Autumn.
When getting from the property to Chester, as with any city, it’s always best to go in by foot as finding parking can always be a struggle. Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found on any nearby road. Just park up at the property, leave your car there and stroll into the beautiful city that is Chester.
