This place was absolutely beautiful! The only issues were that there were some ants on the counter, the garbage can was broken, and it took Kay a little while to get back to me about something my friend had left behind. Other than that, it was a great stay! It was super cozy and was peaceful as well! I would definitely stay with Kay again and would recommend them to others too!

We had a great stay at Kay's. It was perfect for the four of us to cook, play board games, and relax. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. It has a nice open floor plan.

Kay's place was as described and perfect for our ski trip. The place has a nice layout, was super clean, and was well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, cutting boards, a coffee maker, coffee, select spices, olive oil, etc. I'm probably leaving out some stuff, but that's what we used. It's really nice when a few essentials are available (coffee, spices, condiments), which we weren't expecting but were pleasantly surprised by. It was also nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. As to locatIon, it was 35-40 minutes to Snowbird/Alta and maybe 55-60 minutes to Snowbasin and under 40 minutes to Park City. There was not much traffic during our stay, so I'm sure that may vary. There is a grocery store and other shopping less than half a mile away. It was windy the first night and I guess the flu on the gas fireplace blew out and it wasn't working. I messaged Kay the next day and she had it fixed by her handyman in under one hour from when I reached out! All in all a great stay!
