We only booked this for the hot tub and had seen previous reviews saying it wasn't working before so specifically messaged asking whether it would be working. It did not work. After paying over £4000 for the booking, we complained straight away. It’s been over two weeks and I have not been able to come to a satisfactory resolution with the host, they only agreed to refund £100, which isn’t even 3% of the total price we paid!! For the price being charged they should offer better customer service. Would not recommend this booking if you are wanting to use the hot tub as you can not rely on it to be working regardless of whether they say it is before you arrive.

The house is as described and was comfortable for the 16 of us. Another bathroom would help when the house is full, there is space. Hot tub is lovely but be careful on the steps as they got a bit slippery. We did experince as issue with a water leak from the top shower, but the emergency number was answered quickly and the issue addressed. Could do with better bin facilities - no bins on site.

We had a fantastic family weekend. Amazing house, great facilities, loads of things to do nearby and definitely a fantastic venue. They also allowed a late check out so we could all do Sunday lunch which was really lovely

Lovely place just needs a bit of refining for the cost. Taps loose, not enough lighting in the lounge, not enough kitchenware to cook for 17 people and the top floor triple bedroom has no door, it opens onto the hallway
